So many things happened with Syncee in 2020. One of our biggest achievements is that we released a completely new version of our application. We have also launched several new features to make our service be more user-friendly. Furthermore, Syncee became available on more ecommerce platforms.
We hope 2020 was a successful year for you too. We promise we will continue providing a great and helpful service: we will bring you more products from more suppliers, we will keep evolving, and our features will stay with you to have you covered in all cases in 2021 as well.
Our Customer Service Availability During the Holidays
The 23rd of December will be the last day in 2020 when we will work in our usual shifts (from 9 AM to 11.30 PM GMT+1). After that our customer support will be limited during the holidays.
When can you contact us for a live chat? When can you expect feedback from us to your emails?
– 24th-27th December: We will be out of the office.
– 28th-31st December: We will be available from 9 AM to 5.30 PM GMT+1.
– 1st-3rd January: We will be out of the office.
– 4th January: We will be back with our full-time customer support. From 9 AM to 11.30 PM GMT+1.
