Job Description

Become part of the Syncee team

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager. You will be up-to-date on industry products and trends, and your responsibilities are developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.

Hybrid remote – Debrecen location is an advantage

What we expect from you:

Proven experience as a customer success manager, preferably within a similar environment.
Experience of working with Intercom or similar live chat platform useful but not essential
English language - Advanced level both written and spoken
A propensity for relationship building
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High problem-solving skills
Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help customers reach their goals
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
Affinity for working in shifts.
