Customer Success Manager
Job description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is technically savvy, is fond of ecommerce, and possesses a strong drive for results. Your duties will include a broad range of tasks. You will have to maintain ongoing customer relationships, improve customer experience through support, and help merchants with the onboarding process. Furthermore, you will have to contribute to sales, minimize churn, maximize value, and handle technical requests and complaints effectively. Ideal candidates must have high-level written and oral communication skills, high computer literacy, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be social. Customer satisfaction will be your main focus.
